Return & Exchange

We hope that you will be satisfied and have a great time with our LEGO merchandise. Secret Chamber does not accept return and refund requests once a purchase has been made. However, you have the option of exchanging a product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. That is, given that the product is in saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged, and unopened packaging. Charged incurred for gift-wrapping and delivery cannot be exchanged for credit.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • The item to be exchanged must be presented with the original invoice or receipt.
  • Product exchanges are accepted at our retail stores located at Thomson Plaza, Holland Road Shopping Centre, Parkway Parade and Causeway Point and Tiong Bahru Plaza. View our shops locator for more details.
  • The item you wish to exchange for must be of equal or greater value than the product you originally purchased. Any excess difference in price between the merchandise must be paid for at one of our outlets. Please note that we do not give refunds if the product exchanged for costs less than the original product purchased.

Missing LEGO Parts

All LEGO sets are sealed by the manufacturer. As such, it is very unlikely that any of our sets will have missing parts. What usually happens is that parts get lost or are mixed up with other parts once the set is opened and used. We understand that this can be a great source of frustration.

Secret Chamber will be glad to liaise with LEGO Singapore on your behalf to request for a missing part. This process, however, may take several weeks as they may not have the requested part on hand and will then be required to contact LEGO Denmark. You may visit one of our outlets so that we can assist you.

Our recommendation is for you to directly contact LEGO’s online customer service at www.LEGO.com. You may file your request for the missing part through the website, making the process much more efficient.
